Description
Festive and easy Eggnog Crêpes are the perfect holiday breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine eggnog, eggs, melted butter, flour, salt, vanilla extract, and nutmeg.
- Blend until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
- Let the batter rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly butter the surface.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and swirl to coat the bottom.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes, flip, and cook the other side until golden.
- Repeat until all batter is used, stacking crêpes on a plate.
- Serve with your choice of fillings and toppings.
