- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 ounces pasta
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Lower the heat to medium-low. Add butter and garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the beef broth, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta in the garlic butter beef sauce.
- Sprinkle with parsley if using and serve warm.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- You can use any type of pasta you prefer.
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
