- 8 oz pasta of choice

- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Form the mixture into small chicken balls using your hands or a scoop.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken balls until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water, then drain.
- In the same skillet, melt butter, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add a splash of reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
- Toss cooked pasta into the sauce until coated evenly.
- Top the pasta with garlic butter chicken balls and garnish with chopped parsley.
