Description

A delightful one-pan meal featuring tender chicken, pillowy gnocchi, and a rich garlic-infused sauce. This quick and easy Garlic Chicken Gnocchi Skillet is perfect for busy weeknights and impressive enough for guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 pound potato gnocchi
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi in salted boiling water according to package instructions until they float. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through (5-7 minutes).
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet with the chicken and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stir to combine, and bring to a simmer. Add Italian seasoning.
  5. Stir in spinach and let it wilt in the sauce for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat to low and gently add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet. Toss to coat with the sauce.
  7. Add grated Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt into the sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  8. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
