- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the melted butter over the shrimp.
- Add the minced garlic, grated parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and the parmesan is golden.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges for squeezing over the top.
