Instructions
- Place all the ingredients—ripe avocados, cacao powder, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and optional pinch of salt—into a food processor and blend on high speed until the mixture begins to break down.
- Stir the pudding well, then continue blending until the texture is very smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no chunks of avocado left.
- Taste the pudding and adjust as desired—add more almond milk for a thinner consistency, more maple syrup for extra sweetness, or additional cacao powder for a richer chocolate flavor. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
