Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the 4 eggs, 1 cup of vanilla yogurt, 1 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut, and 3 tablespoons of corn starch. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated into a smooth batter.
