- 2 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the wet mixture. Stir gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bars cool completely in the pan before slicing.
- Optional: Top with cream cheese frosting or a dusting of powdered sugar before serving.
