Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. After melted, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar. Stir until well blended. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until fully combined and smooth.
- Pour the brownie batter into the greased baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
