- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 9-inch pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and optionally blind bake for 8 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust and bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and bake for another 35–40 minutes, until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Let the pie cool on a wire rack for at least 2 hours before serving.
