This Easy S’more Dip is a quick and delicious dessert that combines melted milk chocolate and toasted marshmallows for a fun, shareable treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 1/3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 4 cups miniature marshmallows
  • Graham crackers, for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips, 3 tablespoons milk, and 1 1/3 cups miniature marshmallows. Heat over medium-high heat on the stovetop, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and melted.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into a 9-inch pie dish and spread it evenly across the bottom of the dish.
  3. Evenly sprinkle the remaining 4 cups of miniature marshmallows over the chocolate layer in the pie dish.
  4. Preheat your oven’s broiler. Place the pie dish on an oven rack under the broiler and toast the marshmallows until they are golden, about 2 minutes.
  5. Remove the dish from the oven and serve warm with graham crackers for dipping.
