- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 1/3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 4 cups miniature marshmallows
- Graham crackers, for dipping
Instructions
- In a medium-sized saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips, 3 tablespoons milk, and 1 1/3 cups miniature marshmallows. Heat over medium-high heat on the stovetop, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture into a 9-inch pie dish and spread it evenly across the bottom of the dish.
- Evenly sprinkle the remaining 4 cups of miniature marshmallows over the chocolate layer in the pie dish.
- Preheat your oven’s broiler. Place the pie dish on an oven rack under the broiler and toast the marshmallows until they are golden, about 2 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven and serve warm with graham crackers for dipping.
