- 1 cup bok choy, chopped

Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Add the sliced beef and mix until well coated. Let it marinate for about 5 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
