Description

This no-bake Strawberry Cheesecake Crunch recipe is a layered dessert with creamy cheesecake, sweet strawberry flavor, and a nostalgic crunchy topping. Perfect for parties, holidays, or any time you crave a fruity indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 20 Golden Oreos
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip, divided
  • 1 package strawberry gelatin powder
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry jam or sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush Golden Oreos finely and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 pan and chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in half the Cool Whip. Spread over the crust.
  3. Mix strawberry gelatin powder into the remaining cheesecake mixture. Fold in remaining Cool Whip and spread over the vanilla layer.
  4. Combine crushed Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries to make the topping. Sprinkle over the top.
  5. Chill for at least 4 hours before slicing. Drizzle with strawberry jam or sauce if desired.
