- 20 Golden Oreos
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 8 ounces Cool Whip, divided
- 1 package strawberry gelatin powder
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 3 tablespoons strawberry jam or sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Crush Golden Oreos finely and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 pan and chill.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in half the Cool Whip. Spread over the crust.
- Mix strawberry gelatin powder into the remaining cheesecake mixture. Fold in remaining Cool Whip and spread over the vanilla layer.
- Combine crushed Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries to make the topping. Sprinkle over the top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before slicing. Drizzle with strawberry jam or sauce if desired.
