- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 ounces egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Spray the inside of your crockpot with nonstick spray or use a liner.
- Place beef stew meat into the crockpot.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
- Pour the mixture over the beef in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours until the beef is tender.
- Boil egg noodles according to package directions near the end of the cooking time.
- Drain the noodles and toss with butter.
- Serve beef and gravy over the noodles and garnish if desired.
